I have been going to Synergy for years now. Quy is a true pro and is wonderful with hair color. They do extras like like hand massages, shoulder rubs, hot towels, along with a delicious cup of tea or coffee. Her cuts are what you ask for and she's a good teacher to those who have just come out of school and need experience. I always look forward to and enjoy my time there! I highly recommend Synergy Salon!
BEWARE!!! I can hardly believe how many Good reviews of this salon there are, based upon my experience. I booked two trims with the only hairdresser there, who took it upon herself to wash and blow-dry our hair without telling us her fee was amounting to $70 each! We both have short hair and only wanted an inch taken off. She did everything but trim our hair, she thinned it out and we kept asking to have it trimmed... I never in my life have paid $70 for a trim, even at a top of the line salon that surpassed this one by miles in quality and service. I can honestly say we were ripped off and I learned a major lesson. Ask for pricing upfront. It is a shame, as I am someone who does give generously and believe quality should be paid for...but this cut is maybe a $20 haircut.
It's a great salon with great attention to detail. Quy has decades of experience behind her back. She is versatile and responsive to new ideas. No expense is ever spared when it comes to materials used while working with clients. This place has been my go to for years, and it has never failed to deliver. Recommend it wholeheartedly!
I have been coming to Synergy Salon for 6 years. I get highlights and a haircut about every 4 weeks. I am always pleased with the results. The staff make me feel very comfortable. If you haven't tried it you should.
