I love this store. The cashier was polite, friendly and helpful. They have a large selection of items for my daughter. We will shop at this location again.
Today was my second time ever in a Justice store. We had a nice experience shopping for one daughter this past Sunday, so I decided to take my other daughter back to purchase an outfit today. We spent one hour in the store (from 10AM-11AM). At NO TIME was I greeted or asked if I needed any assistance. Several times, I walked passed the associate who actually cashiered the purchase from my visit only a day ago. She was completing tasks throughout the store, so perhaps her making eye contact at some point would have been too much of a distraction. When my daughter and I approached the counter to pay for our purchase today, the other associate did not even look up from what she writing until she done. At that point, she turned to the cash register and flatly asked, "Your address?" Not, "Good morning, Ma'am. Did you find everything okay? May I have your address, please?" At the close of the sale, no "Thank you" or "Have a nice day..." I reluctantly made a second purchase (an impulse item at the register that my daughters had been wanting a while) and that transaction was equally cold. At this point, both associates were at the counter engaging in a conversation about a sku number or something before I asked them if they ever get Secret Shopped. Of course, both are looking as deer caught in headlights... I take customer service very seriously and had a mouthful to share, but as these days, it's usually not worth the effort to try to teach other people's children, I simply brought to their attention that they allowed me to shop for ONE HOUR without so much as speaking to me, and warned them of the possibility of getting negative reviews (much like this one!) And, since our shopping seems to get in the way of the work at this location, mine and I will not return.
I LOVE JUSTICE SOOOOOOOO MUCH that store is the best place ever there is so much things in the store that i love for my age.
I love to shop here for my daughter. The prices are a little high for children's clothing, but my daughter loves the styles they have.
My mother and 2 daughters came in on a Saturday to purchase swim suitsuits, however put on hold til next day because of inventory something. I come the next day, another manager from Saturday, but swim suit still on hold. Thankful. Ready to check out, cashier say sizes don't match can't sell to you, manager refuse, call manager from previous day and she refused too. Check shelf space and rack to find another in child size. Size not available, not even the miss match size swim my child selected. Therefore decide to sell anyways, since no others match.
Waste of time, I knew I was coming in to purchase items on hold from yesterday, but was told I can't buy, switch, oh not available or the matches. Now you can buy, after 30 mins to pick up items on hold, disappointed customer and not valued!!
