Are you people employees? NO good sales anymore. Like KMART, raise prices to make up slumping sales, it doesn't work. You closed the good store in Pineville! Haven't used my birthday $ from 3 months ago. Go in at Christmas, NO carts! I walk out.
My experience at Kohl's was fantastic it was mainly due to Diane the woman who assisted me with my purchases Diane was so professional helpful and knowledgeable that because of her I've decided to make coals my destination shopping experience
I went to Kohls today as I always do! I loved the amazing service I got today when I was in the shoe department. I was greeted and helped by Karlyn, who by the way was fantastic! She helped me find the shoes that I had seen online and went above and beyond to make sure that I got what I came looking for. I love this location and will always continue to shop here! Karlyn has certainly convinced me that this is a place where customer service is certainly given! Thanks Karlyn!!
I love shopping at this Kohl's, have been for years, but I must say I was very disappointed with the doorbusters sale. My husband and I went out to this Kohl's in Matthews, (the one we always go to) I was very excited to get a playstation 4 along with other items. We arrive at 3:50 for the doors to open at 5 (because we knew the playstation would go fast). We were less than the tenth person in line. When the door final open we were told that they pass out ticket to the people in line and they did not have anymore. How is that possible when we were in front of the line. I am not sure when or how they pass out ticket and we did not get or even see them passing it out. I've never writing a bad review before but I am so upset. My husband try to explain this to a few of the associate but they did not care which made it worst. I husband told me not to go there again, but of course I will because I love Kohl's just had to tell me story.
Service is terrible I'll keep going to the one in waxhaw two employees were talking at the jewelry counter and not payIattention to the customer
