Scheduling is a breeze, waiting after sign-in is short, and Dr Malone and his nurse are efficient and attentive.
This is a decent practice for appointments made well in advance. Unfortunately , if you are sick... forget it. I have been going here for years, but every time I am sick, I have to go to Urgent Care.
Awful practice. Front staff is very polite but doctors are awful. I saw Dr.Andreassi and twice that I've been there it has taken her over an hour past appointment time to get to me.
No problem to speak of in the 10 years I have been going here. Friendly front staff and so far no problems with my doctor although many I have talked to complain about doctors becoming offended if questioned and being dismissed by the office manager. Not good PR considering how Novant seemed to implode around 2012 and since. My Main complaint is a doctor or practice I have been seeing for 10 years refers me to Urgent Care if I suddenly become sick enough to be wise enough to know I need to be seen but not tie up an ER's resources. They can't tell me for an established patient there is not built in time as long as you are willing to wait. When you go to a Urgent Care they see your history say they had rather you go to the ER which when you finally get in the first thing they want to know is why didn't you call your primary care physician? A vicious circle and when sick a horrible experience.
Dr Charlotte Karriker helped save my mom's life. The nurses here & for the most part, the front staff, are very friendly. I've been coming here a long time. I never wait long.
