In answer to your question: " The car was a great choice. Drives like a dream.

Wish I could give it a 0. Me and the wife between 2 phones and a printer and movies spent about 2k on Sunday. Paid to have a screen savior put on my phone with in 12 hours fell off. Story said nothing we can do. Waiting for replacement screen savior and my screen cracks because the 50 I spent on screen and install worked so well. Store manager said you should have gotten the warranty with the $200 deductible which I would still have to pay for the screen. Then he said would you like you $8 install fee back. Oh yea waited for 22 mins for someone to pickup the phone.

I traded a 2009 model that I paid 13,000 and had $5000.00 in equity. *I traded that for a 2016 for $18,000.

The Staff was very helpful, I was looking for a new router and they helped me like pros. They answered all of my questions plus gave me answers to questions I didn't even know to ask. They suggested certain products to help me with my current situation and they couldn't have been more helpful and courteous. All in all it was a great visit with Lots of people who are very knowledgeable in all aspects of the electronics they sell there. Plus Best Buy has a real price match guarantee at their stores, unlike Walmarts so-called "price match guarantee"(that only matches prices from other Walmart stores only, not competing stores with electronics). My last statement, I had a great experience and everyone I talked to was very helpful and courteous. Will visit again! Visit A++

*Still totally not Scott Clark's fault. I accepted the deal. Then the lights came on. I went for a car note while my bottom Line was taken from me.

*When I went for my 25000 service call, I was told about a deal for $21000.

Don't pay more than $17,000

I cannot possibly express my gratitude to Ashley and Will the manager. Your professionalism, compassion and customer service speaks volume. Thank you so much for puttting a smile on my son’s face this Christmas!!

The Corolla / The Experience - Unequal

We dropped off a TV here for repair about 1 week before Christmas. Whomever checked it in said it was still covered under the plan we bought. Received a call a few days later to say it was not covered and we would need to come pick it up. The gentleman was very polite and explained in detail why. I go in the evening after Christmas to not only pick up the TV but also to return a few Christmas gifts. I unfortunately couldn't do both at the same counter, so after returning my items I was told to stand in the Geek Squad line. I asked if there was anywhere specific and they said, "no. Just stand over there" There were 2 people being serviced at the Geek Squad counter and 1 couple waiting for their laptop. Anyhow, I stand there for approximately 35 minutes when another customer walks up and stands beside me. At this point, one of the Geek Squad Team Members looks at me (as he had done several times before) and then rudely says "Ma'am! YOU NEED TO WAIT DOWN THERE!" I said - "oh! well I have been standing here for 35 minutes already and not once had anyone said anything but ooookkk" I moved to the other side and I continued to wait. They finally helped me but couldn't locate my TV for about 20 minutes. While I waited, I witnessed the same team member continue to be rude to 2 different customers he was assisting. He was short and impatient with each one. Once they finally located my TV, NOT ONE EMPLOYEE offered to help me or my 9 year old son carry this TV out. I had to ask for a cart and then I walked by several male employees, including a manager, on my way out and not one asked if they could help me place this 50" TV in my truck. NOT ONE. Not a "goodbye" or a "thank you". Not a single word... Horrible customer service.

Another $3,000 additional was paid. My $5,000 in equity taken Again. They got me but they did not get my phone list.
