Went here when I had a heart attack. They had me sedated inside an hour :) And 5 stents in an hour after that. They saved my life. Wonderful people. Nurses are sweet and efficient. They had the right doctors on duty. Everything was great. Clean, attractive surroundings. Professional staff. I'd recommend it to everyone...
Worst place we've ever been to in our life. Nurses here have no respect for their patient's. You never tell someone what their pain levels are. And you never judge someone about having a second child. I would recommend whoever decides to come here please read all reviews and think twice.
I had to cancel my surgery due to the rude surgery scheduler "taquichia" ?SP She called and I could not hear her, when I asked her to speak up she screamed she needed my personal info. I never heard who or where she was so I told her to tell me what she had and if need be I can confirm. She said fine, there will be a delay having my surgery due to the fact she will have to get the info Monday then hung up on me. I left 7 emails with everyone from HR to customer resolution services and two days later I have not heard back from anyone. I'll be there in person Monday, not to have my hernia surgery but to get my money back I ALREADY prepaid . I will go elsewhere. Check the better business reviews BEFORE dealing with them. Don't make the mistake I have!!!! This lady was rude, hung up on me and my surgeon has had no luck with this issue either. If they wont even call them back that speaks volumes!!! I gave 1 start only because 0 was not an option!!!!
When wife and I had a baby here and had a great experience. The staff was knowledgeable and got us through a sudden c-section perfectly. From a cafeteria standpoint the food is very disappointing, they could make huge improvements. Overall we're glad we came for maternity.
The nurse in ER triage treated my very good friend like a piece of garbage. He was alone due to a bad family relationship; his parents don't care about him. The triage nurses on 11/29 made him feel so alone and that him being without family was his fault. This is unacceptable. Nurses are meant to nurture not destroy. I'm so sad for the development of Novant and will continue to refer my loved ones to CHS.

When I came to the the ER, it was terribly disorganized. The doctor would order medication that I would never get, the button to call nurses never ever worked, I sat with an empty IV blaring for 30min before someone came. When they ordered my prescription they sent it across town without asking me first. The only great person was the patient representative for the ER.
