The worst! Went there for the first time yesterday. Terrible customer service. Upon walking in my family & I weren't greeted, or asked if we needed any help. There were several associates on the floor who seemed to be having a great time loudly laughing & playing around as if there were no customers in the store. As,I continued to shop the noise was unbearable. I couldn't focus on finding shoes over the commotion so I left with no help or shoes. These guys get a fat "F" for customer service. I won't be going back again.
It's a nice store but they don't have Jordan shoes

MIKE WAS AWESOME! Very helpful with assisting me and also a very uplifting personality. It's rare to see that sometimes here in North Carolina! Definitely 5 star customer service!
I could not find a shoe that fit me here but it wasn't for lack of trying. Three different staff members spent a very long time going through box after box to try to help me. Kelly the manager was like an old family friend. Very helpful staff, very large selection.
