The price per room is okay. But don'the stay there if you are on a business trip and expect to work on line. There Internet connection is horrible. Very slow and keeps kicking off so you have to back out of everything to get reconnected.
Rooms are nice, beds are not. TV is about 35", which is small for where you sir in bed to watch. Breakfast, coffee, pool, small gym are all very good. Most of the staff are friendly. Housekeeping are pros at what they do and very friendly. Close to restaurants and parking is good.
Very new and clean. Breakfast is included and there was a very large selection of things to eat. We stayed there for a lacrosse tournament. It is very convenient to the Matthews Sports Complex as well as shopping centers. Because we were there with a sports team they required you to sign off on extra rules like quiet hours, kids under 16 being accompanied, no alcohol outside of your room etc. While I think some of it was a bit much, it did make for a nice quiet hotel when you wanted to go to bed.
Very clean hotel, nice Staff, rooms were excellent, smelled fresh and clean, outer appearance was very clean and hotel in a safe area. Convenient to great shopping places right across the street. Kid-friendly and we had no issues. Microwave and mini fridge came in handy in the room and the bathroom was my favorite room. Up to date toilet with push button flush and the shower head was amazing and great for long showers. Had a great experience. .will definitely book again!
Great place to stay! Every single person on staff was so friendly and hospitable. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable! I'd definitely stay here again
