Normally when traveling I try to get good/cheap rates but this place is just ridiculous no matter what the price. First off they're trying to remodel but when booking, you're not told that. There's a very strong paint smell to the point that many guests r getting headaches. And there's stuff everywhere, n the way of the guests, and the hotel is still trying to occupy the rooms where the mess is at. Second of all the rooms that r remodeled are still disgusting and look like they're not even finished when they r. We had to b moved to another floor and room because it was so bad and these rooms r supposedly finished but it honestly looks like they hired children to remodel it because it's very poorly done and it looks like it was never cleaned up after either. The rooms r the smallest rooms I've ever seen n any hotel. We tried posting several pics to the Google location for this hotel but it says they have to b approved first so I'm not sure if they'll b posted or not but I hope so because ppl need to b able to c what to expect when they stay here. The only good part about our stay is the front desk girl who has been extremely accommodating and helpful with all our needs. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and I've been to many 2 star hotels.
We were not told beforehand that the rooms were under construction. They did not even have our reservation. The carpet was wet and sticky and covered with paint, dust, and debris. There was only one working outlet, and no fixtures in the bathroom, ie. toilet paper holder, towel rack, etc. There was also an enormous blood stain on one mattress. If I hadn't just had surgery and needed to lie down immediately, there's no way we would have stayed there. The only good thing I can say is that the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly.
Location is ok, definitely not 5 stars. Not sure if it's even close to 2. The rooms could use some work, seems like they're remodeling but have no intentions to redue them.
Best price in town ! great for people who don't need anything fancy. If You don't need a pool or a hot tub or a weight room or fancy lavish Gardens and Landscaping. all I need was a room and that's what you get .Best price in town
A great value. Clean sheets, Quiet, clean A.C. I'd give it higher marks but the hall carpeting was shabby (clerk at desk said it's being replaced "as we speak" on 3rd floor). The clerk was friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was ample (yogurt, fruit, coffee, juice, baked goods - no fresh eggs). Towels were thin and small, and AC filter needed cleaning; other than that a great value.
