They have a quiet waiting room for cat owners who's cats become stressed easily.

So I called went up yesterday to get the other two pills that they charged me an additional $21.00 for only to get home & have 1. I called them back they seem very HUNGRY FOR MINEY & DRIVEN BY GREED SO FROM Friday to Monday 12/17/17 I still have to drive all the way back over to get the 1 pill at $10.50 each today!

The infected area that I brought her in for was 100% better looking by the time we walked out the door that day and was completely healed three days later.

He has made it through the night and is moving around and we are taking him to another Vet. I will never ever recommend the place or return.

Emptied my savings account for a “simple surgery” only to have my pet die. Then pushed out the back Door when I left with my deceased dog. Not caring and cold hearted. No compassion. When called to explain how I felt I was given excuses, not apologies. If you care, find another doctors office. Negative rating needed for this business.

Yes I was charged full price too. I went to pick up his ashes, I never was given his expensive crate or his little chicken that he loved!

Very disappointed in my experience here. I brought my cat in who was hit by a car, but alert unable to move his back legs. They take my cat back and ask me for a payment of $104 for the initial exam. I asked what was included in the exam? The girl at the front desk was unsure of what to say so I asked in detail. Are they going to do a physical exam and be able to tell me what is wrong with my cat and what my options are; she stated yes. Well that did not happen! We were shown to a room and we waited then a tech came in to say they wanted to give him IV fluids and the cost would be $500-700 just for fluids. I asked what was going on with my cat now and if he had been examined. She said the doctor looked at him but she could not tell me anything. I asked in detail did the doctor do a physical exam? The tech said basically said No, they wanted to get fluids started. Mind you my cat is alert. I asked if he had been x-rayed and she said no they would not do that until the started fluids. I told her 500-700 was ridiculous and why can't they just do x-rays first to see if it's just his leg or internal damage. She said that's now how they do it. I asked what would be the price of x-rays and she told me $250-350 in addition. (WHAT) I informed her I could not afford $1000 and someone I know went to another emergency vet 2 days ago for the same reason and total charge was $425. She said I don't know why our prices are higher. I asked to speak with the Dr and she stated she has 3 others in front of me and it would be a while. I said so basically you are saying I can have my cat put down without you telling me what's wrong or take my cat home. She said yes, so I told them to bring me my cat.

Got home & 2 pain pills were gone?!

I was told he would be 1st that morning. Their excuse...THEY said we had an emergency come in! So your an ER for animals aren’t staffed properly it was a Monday, don’t you have more than 1 Surgeon?! My poor baby sitting there in pain only water for 9 FU*KING HOURS, other animals are more important than mine? He died YOU PUT HIM TO SLEEP then I got the call at

I was in and out within an hour which to me was very fast.

Never once were we told any thing serious was going on. My baby Oreo hadn’t eaten since 1145pm the night pre surgery, I took him in & 7:30 am the next morning & told him I’d see his sweet face soon. I called back at 9am, they STILL HADN’T STARTED, I called at 10:30 am nope not yet, I called at 12:00pm nope not yet, 1:30pm I’m PO’ed big time

This hospital is very clean and professional. I only spent 165$ total for the visit and the antibiotics my dog needed for a serious infection. The doctor also cleaned the area and added some preventative ointment. He was extremely nice and understanding of my needs as well as my dogs. She can become very stressed around strangers but she warmed up to the vet very quickly.

First: There is an upfront payment of about 140$ so have that ready before you go.

If I could give - 5

Terrible with customer service. Not customer oriented at all. We had a great surgical team and docs are great here but everything else has NOT met that expectation. Having to come back for bandage changes every day and service was better once we were on the surgery team's schedule and not emergency. If your not on the schedule then prepare for a wait.

Very money hungry and unprofessional. I understand bills have to get paid but they are very over priced. I manage a medical practice and our prices to treat people are lower and we aren't so cold hearted.

There’s more my kitten got hurt somehow jumping from something this past Friday, $500.00 they told me nothing is broken! Gave me 3 pills for his pain from7pm til 11:00 pm.

The bathroom and exam room were both very clean as well.

Those pills Oricle in line are $200.00 for 800 pills. Greedy selfish ignorant ER for Animals don’t go there save your animals & yourself?
