Cons - Needed more sales people. Their computer program was tremendously SLOW.

I will never use this store or lowes again. Complete lack of care for any customer service. Horrible.

It was Black Friday, so that could have been some of the computers slowness.

Let me start off by saying I will never go to Home Depot again. I am a second year teacher on a very limited budget. The manager Jason and his staff person Bola at the Matthews Lowe’s went way out of thier way to help me plan my sons bedroom loft. They gave me at least 1/2 hr of their valuable time to make sure I had everything I needed. I wanted to use a gift card that did not qualify to buy wood. Jason made sure I could get all I needed and gave me a very good deal. He understood my situation and solved a problem. All the staff is always helpful, friendly and know what they are talking about. The cashier Diane B has helped me on multiple occasions too! What a well run store!

The place has everything that Lowe’s usually have. A good thing is a smart home section.

If you need help with appliances, ask for Kevin. He spent nearly 2 hours helping us decide what would be a good fit for our new home. He also worked through his lunch to make sure our experience was nothing short of perfect. Give this man a raise!!

Do not use this store for any deliveries. Requested a large delivery for Friday. Was never contacted and checked email.to see that they set the delivery for the following Wednesday. I needed the material here for the weekend. I called the delivery service 4 times through the week and they ensured me that they were working to get the issue resolved and that someone at this store would.contact me later that day. This was the same answer I received after my call Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday calls I had to make to follow up. I was then assured that my material would be delivered on Saturday between 12-2pm. At 230pm I had not either received a call or my delivery. I again contacted the delivery center and was told that the delivery was removed from the truck and rescheduled for Sunday. At this point I requested to speak to a manager. I spoke with a manager and was ENSURED that I would receive my delivery 1st thing Sunday morning and would receive a call from the store when the truck left the store. Never received a call, and at 1030am on Sunday still had not received my delivery. I once again at to take it upon myself to call and I was informed that the truck was delayed. It's now noon and still no delivery on Sunday.

A star is missing because there is’t enough cashiers all the time.

Pros - More refrigerators on the sales floor than any other store that I visited. Sales people very nice. Customers waited in line to be waited on...no stress.
